What we collect
When you buy, ClickBank shares with us your name, email address and transaction number. When you create a song we store what you type (the recipient, their name, optional details and your style choices), the lyrics and the audio files generated.
How we use it
We use this information only to give you access, write your lyrics, create your song, email you when it is ready and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
Service providers
To deliver the service we use ClickBank (payment), Anthropic (lyrics), SunoAPI (music), Resend (transactional email) and our hosting and database provider. They process data only as needed to provide their service.
Retention and your rights
We keep your songs so you can access and download them. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to our support email. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the rights granted by the GDPR.
Cookies
We only store a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this platform.
